at the office with questions and/or inquiries regarding quantities, prices,
shipping information and any other detail.
Please note that not all our
items are categorized and priced on the web at this time.
The only information currently been displayed are SKU, UPC
and TITLE.
We will contact you within 7 business day regarding any
orders placed on the website.

confirmed by phone. You may call us after submitting your order to speed up the

How does ShopEEI works?
We would like to make your shopping experience with us easy
and pleasant. The condition of all products on this web site will be clearly
stated. Whether an item is new, refurbished, price-tagged, etc. you will know
before you buy. If you have any doubt about the condition of an item, don't
hesitate to email or phone us.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The nature of
the closeout business is such that prices may vary according to the deal we are
able to make. We reserve the right to post prices that reflect that. If we make
a better deal in the future for the same item we have today, we will lower the
price.
All orders are subject to availability prior to sale. We
will make every effort to update this site often. There will be times when two
orders are received back to back before we have a chance to post a new quantity
or an out-of-stock tag. Priority will be given to the first order received.
How do I pay for my order?
We are currently not processing any payments online.
All charges will be confirmed via phone or email
prior to be charged.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Google and
Paypal payments.

What are my shipping options?
Order processing is done during normal business hours (9:00
- 5:00 EST, Mon-Fri).
Once your order has been accepted by the online process,
we'll pull all items and get a shipping quote using UPS, FedEx or LTL.
We'll then contact you to authorize the charges to your
credit card and once the order is paid, your order is ready to be shipped.
Processing can take up to 7 business days but is normally
less than that. Once item has been shipped you'll receive an email or you can
login to your account to get the tracking number for your order.
We will ship by UPS, FedEx or by one of the carriers we use
frequently to obtain the best shipping price.
Please consider these options first, however, if you would
prefer a different shipping method we will be glad to accommodate you.

process your order and to allow you to use the website. We will not share,
